I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy - for adults and teens. I use narrative therapy to help draw out the stories of my clients in a safe, respectful and collaborative way.

My clients are often teenagers, parents and victim-survivors of violence, but I work with people from all backgrounds and stories.

Everyone has a story. Without noticing, we are writing and re-writing our stories every day - the pen is always moving across the page, working away in the background.

How we see ourselves, and how we experience life, is dependent on the things we tell ourselves.

There are endless ways through which our stories are shaped over time:

  • A Narrative approach

    Narrative therapy places you the client as the expert in your own life. You are the writer of your story, and you can meet life’s difficulties and challenges with your unique strengths and abilities.

  • Flexible timings

    I don’t stick to the 9-5. Do you prefer nights? Weekends? Early mornings? We can make it work. I operate online and in-person right here in Red Hill.

  • Affordable & available

    I believe psychotherapy should be accessible to everyone, which is why I offer sliding scale fees.

  • Trauma-informed

    A trauma-informed approach keeps the client’s story at the centre of the session, drawing on the client’s resilience, emotional strength & storytelling abilities to guide the session.

I’m registered with the ACA and have over 5 years experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist, working with some of the most vulnerable groups needing support.

The work is always collaborative, compassion, safe, trauma-informed and using narrative therapy.
